**que Aerosmith’s Back in the Saddle**
Sorry for the long delay… I took a week off when my vacation ended because my sleep cycle got royally f*$%ed. Then we went to Disneyland for 4 days… and I had to start over at Phase I. It took me 3 weeks to work through it, and now we are back where I left off.
So here we go!
Deadlifts x 10
Alternating Lunges w/ Shoulder Press x 6
Plank Rows x 20
Do the exercises in succession without taking a break. At the end of one round, rest of 1 minute. Continue hitting it for 20 minutes.
This is Monday’s workout. Next Monday we will up the reps, and lower the rest time. Until then, keep getting at it!
