Daily Workout: Phase II – Workout 1

**que Aerosmith’s Back in the Saddle**

Sorry for the long delay… I took a week off when my vacation ended because my sleep cycle got royally f*$%ed.  Then we went to Disneyland for 4 days… and I had to start over at Phase I.  It took me 3 weeks to work through it, and now we are back where I left off.

So here we go!


Deadlifts x 10

Alternating Lunges w/ Shoulder Press x 6

Plank Rows x 20

Do the exercises in succession without taking a break.  At the end of one round, rest of 1 minute.  Continue hitting it for 20 minutes.

This is Monday’s workout.  Next Monday we will up the reps, and lower the rest time.  Until then, keep getting at it!

  1. First of all, Aerosmith’s Back in the Saddle is one of my favorites! Also, Disney Land is a workout in itself! I love your workout. Maybe I will add some sprints and pull ups to prepare for my mid run? I am booking marking your workout. I needed this on this dreary, February Monday.
