Daily Workout: 7 January 2016

Thursday –  Cardio

Today I ran the stairs.  The workout is phase three of a three phase interval program.  Phase two is 60 second intervals.  The total workout is 30 minutes long.

Start with a five minute warmup walk.

When the intervals kick in you will go 90% for 60 seconds and then 30% for 60 seconds.  Do this for twenty minutes.

Finish with a five minute cool down walk.

Go home, shower off, get some protein and smile because you kicked a%% AGAIN today.
